Gus, I always said we had similar body types…then you post photos of those wheels! Man, your legs are looking solid and you can really see your lower back coming in as well. You trying to bust out that Samir Bannout Christmas tree! I’m sure that’s better than that “busted can of biscuits” us FFB’s used to try and cover with big shirts. Stay strong and motivated man.
Ha ha, thanks man! The wheels are coming along and this is the first time I’ve seen them shaping up nicely. Thanks for the kind words BePrecise! Take care my brother!

Right on Greg, thank you bro! Your results are coming along nicely. You got that ball rolling in your direction now, awesome. Pour some heat into it and really see how much you can change! Take care Bro!

I posted them on your thread Sayjin. Let’s keep it going my brother!

Gus you are kicking serious ass, continue the journey brother. Hai fatto bene (well done!)
Thank you MaximusB, I’m just keeping my head down and working hard day by day. Thanks again!

Incredible results, Gus.

Seeing a ‘normal’ man with work, a wife, etc change so much (and quickly) really wipes out most excuses.
It’s not an easy task by any means and at the same time, I’m having a great time grinding it out! I’m passionate about bodybuilding and this whole PC is just great. Thanks for the kind words Brit Cookie!

Man, I just wanted to take a minute and congratulate you on these kick ass results. I know you’re not where you want to be yet, but seeing your progress has been pretty entertaining. In my opinion, you and Bartl have made the most tremendous gains and made the most of the opportunity. Keep focused.
Thanks listerfan! As much as I like my results, I know I can do better and that is just my focus. To keep improving on what I’ve done. Thanks again Bro!

Hey Gus, just stopping by to say phenomenal work!!! Your latest set of pics from 2/17/08, especially the one labeled misc. pics is RIDICK!! Your shoulders and upper body are HUGE, and it gives you a nice V-taper.

Nice work. Once again, you were the perfect person for the V-Diet Physique Clinic, it is paying off in your physique. Congrats to you, and keep it goin!!

Gus,

You’re both an inspiration and a role-model for the rest of us 30-somethings that are trying to get our acts together. Keep up the great work! With your focus and drive, there is no question you will reach your physique goals.

I have a question about the TRIBEX. Has there been any mention of cycling this like the label suggests?

–Mike

Gustavo,
When you say “Sometimes I’ll just combine it with 4 or 5 egg whites”, are you speaking about the liquid egg whites? Thanks.

Just wanted to say you are the Man. And the best one to read.

Right on Tmoney1! Thanks man, that is cool of you to say! I’m real happy with the symmetry coming out and the more that waist shrinks, the wider my upper body is going to look. I like playing on the illusion part of bodybuilding.

I think the V-Diet PC was the perfect program for me and I gotta thanks Shugs for choosing me to hit up this transformation journey.

Take care Tmoney1

Thanks for the kind words Mike! I personally think that most natural bodybuilders hit their stride in the their 30’s. That is a cool thing to look forward to because it seems like a second prime growing and muscle maturing time. Of course, you need to have your focus and consistency in check too.

I didn’t follow the TRIBEX cycling suggestion. I just plain forgot and took that supp just like I take the other ones. I’m going to do the 5 on 2 day off cycle. So this Saturday/Sunday will be the off days.

Take it easy Mike

I just separate 4 or 5 regular egg whites and scramble it with 1 whole Omega-3 egg. Sometimes I’ll mix those egg whites with 1 small can of water packed tuna for more protein and less calories. It comes out tasting pretty good.

Hope it helps!

Thanks Lowery! I’m putting my best foot forward just like all the other hard training PC participants!

Thanks again for the kind words.

Welcome to LA Gus, hope you enjoy it here. Its cold and chilly (for LA standards) and might rain.

I just saw your latest pictures. DAMN! You will look crazy all over and not just the abs. You make excellent use of your upper body. Great work so far.

What up Gus! Hows it all going? well from what I can see…Are you going to complete any low intensity cardio in your NEW program? i.e after a workout and/or off days.

GJ

He is to perform 30 minutes of low-intensity cardio post-workout, I forgot to include it in the program prescription.
