Nice picts Gus! The progress is awesome, keep up the good work!
Awesome Job man. You are and will be an inspiration to so many. I enjoyed following your journey, and I’m curious as to what your specific goals are for this next journey? I understand you want to get 8% or below in bf. What about your weight are you trying to stay around 187lbs?
I enjoy following you because we have smiliar age, height, and a goal weight of around 185, however I’m sure I’m much more around the 15% bf rage if not more, so I really need to loose that bf%, i may try following your new diet and workout.
Good Luck, keep up the good work.
Very nice progress. Not only did you lose inches, but it looks like you took off ten years too.
Nice work man enjoy your success !!

Gus you’re looking amazing! I’m following your footsteps so don’t get to ahead ;). I’m just kidding. I’m amazed by your progress and I’m super excited for you! Keep it up! Pretty please?

Gus,
I have used CT’s lactate induced workouts for a little while(if that is what he is gonna get you doing on the saturdays) and it sure does take it outer you…you will love it…its hard, but I guess, we all know by now, we wouldn’t be bodybuilders if it was simply easy ey…haha. I only wish I speed my fat loss up the the rate you did…once again, amazing effort. Cant wait to see you in 8 weeks, cut to pieces…what!!!

I’ve played around with Poliquin’s GVT so I know I’m gonna get worked with the high lactate training. Nothing comes easy in natural bodybuilding but for us the results are worth the effort! Take it easy GJ!

I want to be at 8% BF or less and I don’t care if I weigh 185, 180 or even 170 lbs. I want to really get shredded and then hold it to 8% for a long while or until my body accepts that 8% as being normal. Take it easy DM!

Thanks man! I’ve been getting that “you look younger” compliment a lot nowadays. Good stuff considering I just turned 37!

Hey TS, thanks for stopping by! I’m definitely going to keep it up and kick it up.
Keep up the great progress on your V-Diet PC, those recent pics look great and you are getting leaner. Take care
hey man, i can see that everyones already told you but, COT DAMN lol
amazing progress bro
impressive
That is absolutely ridiculous. Jesus Christ. You guys have been using witchcraft, there’s no other explanation. I have a quick question, how often is it possible to do the V-Diet? Could you do it twice a year? More, less? It looks incredibly effective.

You can do it a few times per year, if needed. I do suggest a few weeks between each – a good 2 week transition, then a couple more weeks of normal healthy eating. There are no hard and fast rules here though.
hey i was wondering, what happens when side planks get too easy, i know u can increase the time u do them, but how else can u make them harder
Hi Gus,
congrats on your stunning results!! You gonna be ripped when CT and Shugs are finished with you.
I am trying to follow the program you got from CT. It is my first split routine ever. So the amount of DOMS is something new for me. Just read the program CT has planned for saturday. OMFG.
Are you feeling any more hungry since starting the program? Because I have started feeling super hungry. The last days there was no way for me to cut down the calories to below 2000. Even with 3000 I did not feel stuffed.

Sorry DD, I’m not too sure how to progress the side planks besides time. Those things kicked my butt all the time since my core was pretty weak to begin with.

Hey Chris, thanks man! Yeah CT’s program is honestly kicking my butt! I’m not used to high volume at all but I must get it done no matter what.
Saturday looks painful on paper alone ha ha! Oh yeah, that one is gonna hurt.
I actually am a bit more hungry since the volume of my workouts are higher. I’m not starving or anything but I need to keep to my caloric intake to keep that rate of fat loss going. Take it easy Chris!
Hey Gus
I’ve been following your Physique Clinic since you started and just have to congratulate you on your incredible results so far. I’m not doing your workout because I’m a tall skinny guy with absurdly long limbs, but I just read your Saturday workout and it reminds me of the “Meltdown” workout that I began today. It’s about half of what he’s got you planned for and I vomited after 2 sets of it.
Keep the good work up and the food down!
Randy
