Hi gustavopacho!

wake up–it’s Christmas!

This day is going to be so golden!

Thanks for taking the time and stopping by all the threads and being a friend to the rest of the V-Dieters.

Thank you Downwardog! I feel like climbed a huge mountain! And it just feels great. Keep strong to your program and kick butt DWD. Take care!

Hey Gus, good job yet again. I’m finally starting tomorrow myself, following your lead, SPARTAN STYLE.

AMAZING JOB man!!! You look awesome. Your hard work, commitment, sacrifice, and endured pain are evident in the new you. Your story is definitely very inspirational. Keep it bro. Anxious to see the next set of updated pictures.

Thank you PanchoPantera! I plan on working even harder on the transition phase of the V-Diet. I have this cool habit of pushing hard on the nutrition and training programs now. Anything less than max effort is boring. Take care.

28 day progress pics.

That’s 4 weeks, people.

One. Month.

For the critics, how much progress did you make in the last 28 days?

What can I say that hasn’t already been said? Simply outstanding Gus, and the best part is knowing that your journey just began - best of luck on continuing your transformation, and of course the obligatory “luck has nothing to do with it” =p

All of them together…

Congrats Gus!

GREAT JOB…YOUR DISCIPLINE IS AWESOME!!

Every time I try and start this diet…I feel like total shit. I am not sure if you can answer this or if Chris can address it. Is this something that is expected?

Thanks

Gus - haven’t chimed in in a while, but way to go.

Wondering about your mental outlook - honestly: do you feel like you’re working towards a somewhat singular goal, or do you feel more like you’re making some fundamental lifestyle changes that are basically going to be your new “modus operandi” from here on-out. Or maybe a combination of those thoughts…?

I’ve had fleeting glimpses of the latter myself, and while my current progress is eclipsed by yours, I do feel that this is what I should have been doing all along. I hope that feeling grows, and this place helps a lot. Very cool to see average joes doing radical recomposition under the public eye.

But no pressure

Don

Nice quads, man!

You at 8% = beast.

Been busy and haven’t stopped by for a bit but I’m glad I got here, fantastic job and you look great. I wrap on Wednesday and I think I’ll be right there with you at 187-188. Was a crazy ride and you made it happen, congrats…

Thanks again Sayjin. And this time I’m watching your Pre-Clinic Clinic. Train hard!

The first couple of days are a radical change so there is an adjustment process going on. I felt exhausted on the 6th day for some reason and I just gutted it through. After that I was cool with everything and just went through the Grind to get my results.

Thanks[/quote]

Both. I want to keep going till I’m shredded which is 8 percent or under. Then, I want to keep it at 8 and enjoy my results. The lifestyle changes are going to complement the efforts I put in my training. I used to be one of those “wusses in the kitchen” and I needed the V-Diet taste changes to keep my nutrition habits in line. And it is working Big Time!

I’ve always been training for the long run and now I can fill in the missing piece of the physique puzzle for me which is good nutritional intake without feeling like I’m suffering.

I look at Coach Thib’s transformation and he is now more bigger and muscular in his off-season weight then in his “before” pics. And he has improved above and beyond on that initial transformation. That is successful bodybuilding results to me. It is always about long term success and improvement with bodybuilding.

But no pressure

I don’t feel too much pressure since nobody outside of T-Nation recognizes me but I put a lot of pressure on myself to outperform my previous results each week. It gets kind of fun after a while. Take care Don!
