DANG, Shugs!

You KNOW January is the month of the “IHOP Unlimited Stacks” promotion!

You can’t help a Brother out and let Gus have a stack or two during his Transition?

(Just kidding!)

GREAT job Gus!

And thanks to Thibs and Shugs for all the insights!

I could go for a nice omelet ha ha! Take it easy Mufasa!

Forgive me if I come across as not being very smart with this question but, can someone tell me what “Peri” means? I understand “Pre” and “Post”, but I’m not sure what “Peri” is.

Thanks

Peri-nutrition is taken during your training session.

Like taking your BCAAs halfway through your session or sipping a serving of Surge between sets.

Hope that helps.

(as to the actual meaning of the prefix “peri” it means: Around)

gus:

I saw that you said the previous kinds of MRP’s that you’ve tried all gave you real bad gas. Is this not happening with Biotest products? My workmates are going to turn against me if I don’t stop passing gas around here soon, not to mention my poor wife.

Beano. It’s a must. I can’t even stand to be near myself without it.

They were all the old protein or weight gainer powders that caused the gas. The M*t-Rx MRP gave no gas.

Metabolic Drive is one of the very few proteins I’ve tried that did not cause gas and I’m extremely sensitive to protein powders. No gas to me means good digestion and absorption, but that’s just my opinion.

Try HCL caps from Poliquin or digestive enzymes or both to see if it might help with your absorption and hopefully lessen the gas!

The fiber gave me gas in the beginning and now everything is good with me since my body adapted to the new intake. No more silent but violent bombs for me.

Hope it helps.

That’s a great tip Johnny! Beano is a must if you are not used to eating a lot of vegetables. Spare the air!

Shugs: Damn TC, this Metabolic Drive is some good shit, I bet I could live on this stuff for like… a month!
TC: I bet you can’t!

TC proceeds to lock Shugart in the Biotest supply depot for a month. After Shugart edits the articles sliding papers underneath the doorway, he comes out a month later absolutely jacked from drinking Metabolic Drive and doing squats with the supply crates of supplements.

No problem brother! I’m curious to see how it turns out also. Take care GetSwole.

Hi gustavopacho!

wake up–it’s Christmas!

This day is going to be so golden!

Thanks for taking the time and stopping by all the threads and being a friend to the rest of the V-Dieters.

amazing transformation in only 4 weeks. congratulations! 22 lbs, that’s fantastic. you must feel so much more athletic in general, not having to carry that weight around anymore. visually, you look a lot tougher. what’s really amazing also is that if you look at your after pictures, you can now see a sneak preview of what you will look like when you get even leaner! i can definitely see a solid arrangement of ab muscles underneath what’s left. i will be following your progress man.

to Biotest: when will the “Gus V-Diet Package” be available?

once again, great job Gus!

Awesome results, Gus!! You did us V-Dieters proud. Enjoy your transition phase, starting with the steak!

Great work Gus!!! Your work definitely shows in the pictures. Shugs was right, he couldn’t have asked for a better candidate for the V-Diet. You did it well bro.

Enjoy the steak!!
