Been busy and haven’t stopped by for a bit but I’m glad I got here, fantastic job and you look great. I wrap on Wednesday and I think I’ll be right there with you at 187-188. Was a crazy ride and you made it happen, congrats…[/quote]
Thanks Texmac! It is a crazy ride and extremely rewarding too! Post up some pics so I can see your great results. Take it easy Tex!
Fuckin nice work!!! Whats you exact weight now? How long to you reckon it’s gonna take you to get down to 8%?
gus my man… you rock… those pictures are incredible!! i ordered all of the V-Diet stack yesterday to be shipped all the way over to the uk!!!
anyway my friend…wondering if you can answer this… I start work at 6am… go to bed at around 10pm… up at 5am wondering if the V-Diet would change if i am up for longer hours?? IE more shakes??
Gus man, you have motivated me to end the Anabolic diet and fast pace things with the V-beast. Discovered I can order Metabolic Drive in Australia last week, so made the order and started the diet yesturday! I weighed 239.5 pounds yesturday morning. I would be mighty happy if I can drop over 20 like you.
I will post how I go…see you in 4 weeks!
Wow Gustavo, You look great! Keep up the good work.
Can I borrow some chest mass?
Awesome work BTW.
Awesome stuff Gustavo, you’re the king. I think you’ve gotten the best results of anyone in the Clinic. I hope you don’t mind me asking, but is there any difference in how you’ve taken the before and after pictures? Are you flexing in one and not in the other etc… I only ask because I want to know how best to mark my own progress shots
January 22nd, my thirtieth birthday. No Cake, No Drinks, No Party…No Problem.
About to finish day 8, down 10.5lbs and 3 inches off the love handles. 5 Years ago I weighed around 340 lbs and with the V-Diet I hope to get down to 220 lbs from a start of 240 lbs. Gus you have truly lead from the front and everyone who succeeds on the V-Diet will in all likelihood owe you some of that success.
Motivation has been difficult at times but the following has helped and seems relevant to the V-diet Experience. From one of my favourite movies Any Given Sunday (It’s not the same without Pacino saying it though)
"We are in hell right now, gentlemen. Believe me. And we can stay here and get the shit kicked out of us (for 28 days) or we can fight our way back into the light.
We can climb out of hell. One inch (Shake), at a time.
Gus…you look awesome man. Nice work. Keep it going through the Transition period. You are motivating me beyond belief.

Last I checked it was 188 lbs. I don’t weigh myself everyday. It would drive me crazy watching the scale go up after eating. I don’t know how long it would take me to get to 8% honestly. I’m just going to keep eating clean and watch my caloric intake in order to get there no matter how long it takes.
This is the fun part cause now I’m close and I’ve never ever seen myself ripped. Always wanted to be somewhat cut like the Dragon Slayer! Take it easy D!

Just split a whole shake and drink only half of it for one meal and drink the other half later for another meal. This works for me during school and clinicals when I need to stretch out my meals a bit.
Make the V-Diet count Dogg!! I know you paid quite a bit of bucks and now there is no turning back. You have to do it right and make your physique transformation Count! Take care Bro and get a model of what you want to look like in the long run!

Right on Crucial! If you really want to drop that 20 lbs then you have to be “Spartan Strict” on the V-Diet! Only the best results come from that mind set! You can get it done and even surprise yourself with your results every week! Burn an image of what you want to look like in your mind! Stay the course and stay strong Crucial!
(I’m on a picture posting mood if you haven’t noticed! Hope it gives you an ideal of what a great physique looks like)

I appreciate the compliment and I think there are some great transformations in progress with Bartl, CrewPierce, Trojan, Novagreg and all the MWA PC’s. Just wait till they are done, they are going to surprise a lot of people!
Everybody is working their butts off and sacraficing so much to improve!
Just take your pics in the same pose and flex up on the misc. pictures if you want. I don’t have much to flex with flat, carb depleted muscles! I still haven’t had a decent carb meal except a big sweet potatoe on my first HSM! Take it easy tube.

Great results so far Brick! It must seem a world of difference right now from the 340 lbs you used to be. Congrats on that huge drop. That takes a lot of heart to do that. Gotta love it when those love handles drop inches!
Everyone who succeeds on the V-Diet does not owe me anything for their success, I can’t take that in good conscience. Everyone needs to give themselves a HUGE PAT ON THE BACK for going through one of the most serious fat reducing programs in bodybuilding! It takes guts and heart to finish the V-Diet. And the benefits go far beyond just extreme fat-loss. The long term benefits will keep paying for years to come.
My little brother told me that quote from that movie years ago and it is one I never forgot. Good stuff.
Take care and finish your program strong!

Thank you brother! I still think your transformation is just amazing and you are not even done yet! You are going to shock a lot of people! Take care Bartl
Hey Gus,
Glad to see things have been going so well. I’ve been following along, but haven’t had much to say.
I know Shugs mentioned it at some point, but I think you are really going to be impressed with how MASSIVE you will look when you start to put carbs back in your system.
Not to mention how quickly you’ll regain your strength.
You’re progress has been amazing - your ethic inspiring.
I can’t say I’m surprised that people are stealing the coaches advice and passing it off as their own.
But I am kinda surprised that people are actually calling the clinic fake or saying that pics are photoshopped or the timescale isn’t real. (i.e that you have already made this transformation over several months and then post up pics as if it occurred over 4 weeks)
What a load of shit. Well… I guess it stinks of jealousy, so I guess you’re doing something right!
