I can relate to the growling gut! On Day #2 I was in a supplement store buying BCAAs, and my stomach was growling so loud, I could hear it echoing off the shelves!!! That was a tough day. But V-Dieters are tougher. I’m ready to do it again in a few weeks!

Gus, wow, you are still blowing the doors off my 15 lbs in less than half the time. You da man!

Scott

Yeah, that stomach growling is my cue to get a shake in and fast. After drinking the shake, I’m totally fine and can go about my business until the next 3 hour mark!

I give credit to every person who has honestly completed the V-Diet following Chris’s instructions. This diet is not easy but absolutely worth it. The fat just peels right off you and fast!

Actually, you da man Scott. Takes a true warrior to run through the V-Diet twice! I’m sure second time around is easier knowing what you have to do.

Much success to you my brother![/quote]

Thanks, yeah at my highly advanced level of lardassity, I will need to go through it more than once. Eeek!

For the kitchen issue, I find putting a couple large pics of myself at my fattest on the fridge door helps a lot!!!

Hey Gus

You Rock!

Did you talk with Chris about what you will do after the 4 weeks?

Just saw your latest pics. Great work!

19 pounds. Damn, man. Good job! Only one week to go before transition, enjoy your solid meal today!

The latest pics are inzane!

The new pics look great! I know those two voices you’re talking about and have let the “you’re shrinking” voice keep me fatter than I’d like for too damn long.

Your progress and attitude are showing me what’s possible and really changing my mind about my own habits.

Keep up the good work!

Your new pics look great man!

dude, your back is HUGE!

Wow Gus, you’re looking fabulous! I’m so excited to get started, knowing how successful you were. Keep up the good work, and I’ll be following you!

Well I start tomorrow, and was a bit nervous after putting everything into bags for day 1 (that’s all I get to eat?) but having seen the new pics I know that I will succeed.
Great motivation Gus. I’m hoping for the near 20 lbs range, which puts me half way to the approximate 40 I want to lose.

Was wondering if anyone else has any unique motivation strategies? I’m planning to write my day number on my hand every day. People can ask me what it’s there for which should prevent me from cheating. I also made a list of 28 reasons why I’m doing this (not many unique reasons, some specific, some general). Might sound a bit like over planning but this is likely the hardest single task I’ve done. 110lbs lost so far never seemed difficult compared to this, crazy.

HOLY SHIT! your before and after pics are jaw dropping.

Yo man, just dropped in to say great work bra. Dont expect you to keep up with all the members who have been complementing you…Do you know what your training and diet will look like once the Velocity Diet is over?

GJ

Actually, just read that your gonna get a transition diet and training pro soon…again, fucking great work!! You look great

I’ve always wanted to see a before/after V-Diet pic. You’re not even done yet and you look absolutely amazing compared to when you first started. Definitely on your way to that beastly ripped look!

Kudos, bro.

There is a 2 week transition phase with a new diet and training program which I will follow.
