I made the cookie last night, can you say Heaven!!!
Very Nice, Thanks again Daven! I will try it later on!
I donāt know about you but my mouth has been really dry doing this diet and that just adds to the level of discomfort. Give the cookie a shot some time next week, itās a nice change in pace.
I had a bit of dry mouth in the first week and just kept drinking water with lime all day long.
Good job again on those 11 pounds! Bet those jeans feel a little different!
Gus-Good job so far. Do you mind if I make a recommendation? Throw that stop watch out! Go down to REI or amazon.com or even WalMart and get a nice watch with a chrono.
I press a button and start the chrono at the beginning of my workout, when Iām done with a set, I press the button, it starts a lap, and then when my time is up, 30 sec or whatever, I do the next excercise, and I just repeat that the whole time.
I love it. I wouldnāt train any other way when doing specific rest periods. I have a nice Nike watch that does it, a nice Timex and another canāt remember the name.

That actually sounds pretty good Sodomojo! Thanks for the tip!

Hi Gus,
awesome progress! Keep going like this!
You are a real motivation to me to get my current V-Diet run back on track.
Chris
Right on Chris! Let me know how you do on your V-Diet Program. Pics and measurements! Being accountable on here is also a huge motivator too.
I am now at the end of the 3rd week. My BW is hovering around 165 pounds compared to 176 pounds at the start of the diet. That means I lost 11 pounds. At least 5 pounds will be water weight. I have not taken any measurements and have generally been a bit undisciplined about the diet. I thought that I was already so lean that I wouldnāt need a strict 4 week V-diet to get where I want to be.
I am a bit cautious about posting pics because at my current BW I would get comments like āBulk donāt diet, you skinny bitch!ā. But the point is, while I donāt need a six pack before I consider gaining weight again, that goddamn gluteal fold has to go away.

That is some great progress Chris! If I was in your shoes, I would get lean and sharp in my abs. Then I would creep my calories up slowly and Only gain lean mass. Each pound of lean mass is just gonna make you look bigger.
Work the heck out of your delts, upper lats, upper chest, forearms and of course abs and you will put out a very cool illusion of size. Especially forearms! Pump those up in size and you put out a look of powerful arms since they are visible most of the time. Get them big and veiny!
Making it to week 3 takes a lot of dedication and I know that if you made it this far, you can drop even more during the transition phase if you do it right. Make it all count, this is your shot at attacking that fat hard!
I just checked your recent pictures, CONGRATULATIONS! Of all the guys in the clinic, I have more in common with you physiques wise and Iām thrilled at your results. If I didnāt know better Iād swear your back was getting bigger. That V-taper is looking good. Thanks for being so motivatingā¦I love that balls to the wall attitude you took on this plan and itās paying off big timeā¦ok, enough pole jocking for one dayā¦enjoy your steak tonight.
Just saw the update pictures from today. Looking a lot different and obviously a lot better. Canāt wait to see the final pics. Great job and keep up the great work.

Right on Qaash! I like this diet a lot. Itās not easy but the results are just wild.
My personal goal was just to give a little motivation/inspiration to just one person who was in a similar condition as mine to believe that they can improve just as good. The response has been overwhelming and Iām grateful to God for that.
That is one of the main reasons Iām pushing so hard. Iāve been there before, reading these great stories of people just changing the way they look for the better. And it psyched me up too. Now, I get to do that and share it and it is all good.

Thanks Tykraus7! This is pretty exciting and I canāt wait too. Take care and thank you for the support.
You are doing amazing, I just checked out the new pictures and I was astounded! Great job! I now for sure know what my yearly tax return is going towards⦠my velocity diet supplies! Again, keep up the good work, post are great and informative!
Go, man, go! Dude - keep at it like this & when the dust settles youāre gonna be a frigginā monster.
I am more stoked than ever, been recording weight & temp for the last few days, got my scale, started my food log, and went grocery shopping today. I am scared sh!tless about the āfoods Iām gonna missā, but you guys here in The Clinic are really driving home the potential results with the right efforts in diet and exercise.
I know Iāve got a few years on you, but the amount that youāve āturned back the clockā in the last couple weeks is simply amazing. I hope I can accomplish that myselfā¦
Gus, your back is INSANE. If you manage to strip those love handles down to nothing it will be absolutely awe inspiring. What do you do for you back as far as training goes? Your chest is also impressive, what do you do for that?
I have to say that your clinic is most inspiring to me not only because of your attitude and dedication, but also because we could just about swap our starting measurements including age (difference is Iām an inch taller, and about an inch smaller at BB, Thigh, and Arms), and diet/workout patterns.
I spent my free time this weekend reading both of your PC threads (amongst others) and am serious pulling for ya bro!!
Youāre doing great and tomorrow, I am definitely stepping up my workout intensity (already tightened up the diet this weekend).
Iāve been having pretty good success with my regimen so far and just starting to plateau, so I will definitely be jumping into a close approximation of your prescribed PC very soon.
Measurement question: I didnāt see the answer to your shoulder measurement (where to measure). Also, is ankle measurement at the bone, or just above (1" smaller above).
Thanks for the inspiration and thanks to your T-M PC team for the great expertise!
