detail will be better starting tomorrow. Last final!!! Sorry for the lack of details people. I just needed these past few days. I know most of you don’t approve of me in this clinic, but I will prove to you that I do belong here.
I agree with your own assessment; you dont belong. You are starting out with an excuse and I am certain more excuses will follow. It will sound like this “sorry I couldn’t post today but…” and it will continue from there, until TC or SHUGART jumps in. Its a shame because I was really looking forward to this clinic and I got… you

I didn’t post the drop weights just b/c I thought it was evident as to the weight being used. Just as you described it would go something like:
100x8, 100x5, 50x6, 50x6, 25x6, 25x6
I didn’t think it required much explanation, but if you like I will start posting every weight that I use.

It would be a good idea because some people following along are going to miss the general description of the drop set. There’s a lot going on in these threads, and they’ll only be more over the next several weeks.
Others, even with the written description, might question things when they only see one weight listed. Some people will be totally unfamiliar with the concept, make it easy on them.
What if your training in a couple weeks changes to only 75% drops, or one 50% drop that you then ride out for the rest of the set?
So unless you want to explain this technique in full as part of every training update, just listing the exact weights for each mini-set would provide better clarity.

A little harsh???
Bizarre keep it up and i am looking forward to see your progress photos.
You said you don’t like the taste of Surge Wild Raspberry…one poster suggested adding 1-2 oz (about 2/3 to 1 full shot glass) of lemon juice to the mix. Supposed to taste much nicer.

Hey Bizarre!
are you still doing the Physique Clinic thing?
Now that finals are over I am looking forward to following your posts . . . . .
What the piss?? It’s already the 16th, and nothing? Where is this guy?
He’s the only “ecto” on here, which is what my skinny ass wants to follow, but his is the most least detailed and updated of all of them, which makes it REALLY HARD TO FOLLOW.
If you have certain conflicts going on, everyone can understand that. If religious dedication to the Physique Clinic is not a top priority (in light of any serious circumstances), I am sure we can all empathize. However if this is the case, it is at this time you should respectfully resign and allow someone more appropriate to take your place. The Physique Clinic is not for everyone.
Such is the case for all things in life (such as med-school is not for me). Make your decision. Give 100% in all things you do. Demand nothing but perfection, anything less would be cheating yourself. If you cannot give the Physique Clinic these things, why are you doing it?
Is that right? And we just repeat the workouts until CT switches it up?
I think you are correct and I thank you for posting this. I am having a very hard time following this thread due to his lack of consistency and detail. The idea is to keep us posted when CT changes the work out and diet - but don’t count on Andy to let you know.
Just a quick question, how have you come to the conclusion that you’re an Ectomorph? You don’t look that Ecto to me.
Keep up the good work, you can’t fail with CT on your side!

When I first saw Bizarre’s stats I too questioned the ectomorph diagnosis. From his second full-body photograph he even looked quite endo. He’s young, weighs 188 and has meso, endo characteristics imo. Nutrition seems to be the most lacking.
It’s great CT is showing us how he would train an ecto / hardgainer but I would have liked to have seen the subject be a through and through ectomorph.
I applied to the PC being 36 yrs old, 168lbs and eating 4000+ calories a day, however I live in the UK so no go.
Hey guys, I don’t know if this was said in bizarre’s PC, but HOW LONG is the specified diet and workout supposed to be for?
4 weeks?
Sorry I’m asking a lot of question about this. I’m really excited about following a regimented program that is tailored to a skinny guy like me.
I just so happened to buy all the right supps BEFORE I even read bizarre’s PC (minus the BCAAs), and I’m ready to get started hardcore, whether or not this guy flakes on his posts or not.

Hey bizarre, could you post what your supplement plan looks like? Since I’m also an ecto I want to follow your plan as closely as i can!!
Hey, what’s up. I’m trying to follow this same program as well, and have read this PC front to back a bunch of times trying to figure it all out.
This is how his supplements are supposed to be worked out during this portion of the program:
Flameout - 4 tablets with breakfast
Metabolic Drive - 3 scoops with breakfast
2 scoops with lunch
2 scoops right before bed
Surge - 1 serving post workout
BCAA - 15-20 tablets during workout
He’s also using the secret Surge Workout Fuel which is unavailable to us during his workout.
Hope this helps.
It sucks that it isn’t any easier to figure this out just by reading his PC like it is for the other participants, but that’s what we’re all here for in this thread–to help each other out, right?
