As an 'SC alum (class of '99) let me say good luck and Fight On!
I’m glad they picked you, b’coz you were really involved in the last ecto’s thread. I’m sure you are going to do great!
db
Congratulations, looking forward to seeing your progress!
Good luck, man!
Great pic. Good luck trojan, show them what skinny guys are made of!!!
Great. Someone as tall and even lighter than me. I’ll be keeping my eye on you. I hope you pull through.
Your age, height and weight are virtually identical to mine. I want to know everything you do so I can start looking as good as i deserve to!
Good luck.
Right on brotha. One question, how did you come up with the 17% body fat??? Seems a little high to me. Are you sure you are 17%?
My weight had been all over the charts. But basically I was originally a fairly skinny bastard.
Anyhow in highschool I was 6 foot 1 and 155 pounds.
23 years old 165
Today (26) I’m about 210.
Point being you can do it, it’s not that hard. Just takes time. Considering the supplements you will be using, and the guidance you will be getting, a little will power and it should be a breeze.
Alot of people are going to be following your progress. You have a chance to change yourself and influence many others.
Anyhow good luck.
Hey… Congrats and good luck.
We have almost identical stats so I’ll be watching your Clinic very closely. Make us skinny guys proud! Good luck.
good training man
Good Morning Everyone!
Hopefully I’m the skinny bastard you’ve all been waiting for!
Thanks for the kind words! I gotta admit, I was wondering what was going to be said about me.
I hardly feel comfortable looking at pictures of MYSELF, let alone other people.
I realize how important this Physique Clinic will be for all the other ectos out there, and I’ll be working my ass off to reach my goals. I want to do this for myself more than anything.
My promise to you guys is to update the shit out of this thread, and my actual Physique Clinic, as well as answer whatever questions you guys have. Believe me when I say I’ll be asking a whole bunch of questions myself.
Let’s do this!

Damn. Congratulations. It must’ve taken a lot of hard work on your part.
As for the BF%, I got that from the weight scale I have that does weight and BF%. Not the most accurate, but probably pretty close, I guess.
It’s probably because of my crappy diet, and me decreasing metabolism. I used to eat anything and everything, and not get fat at all. Now, even though I’m a hella skinny guy, I have a bit of a spare tire.
I was actually fatter just a couple months ago. Within the past couple of months, I cleaned up my diet a little bit, but still not eating anything close to what I’d have to eat to make the kind of gains I’d like.
Then, I found bizarre’s Physique Clinic, and was set on following his program, diet, exercise and all. I was disappointed when he dropped out, but felt I could still follow the first month of his program until they found his replacement.
And that leads us to now. I’ll be reporting my diet for the next 3 days to Thibs, and we’ll go from there.
Thanks for the encouragement.
Congrats man. Make us ectos proud!
I’m looking forward to this Physique Clinic. I was following bizarre’s, and am glad that another ecto was adding so quickly into the program.
Good luck.
Congrats man…Good luck, I am sure you will do well.
You know there is one thing I can’t figure out is why T-Nation decided to start this Physique Clinic now, right before the holidays? I am just thinking out loud, but the timing seems rather odd. I would have thought they would start it after the new year. Test of will, perhaps? A test I would surly fail…The next 14 days is going to be unbridled hell raising for me. Discipline will be at a minimum. Though I will be training, just because I like it.
Good luck, I’ll have a nice glass of hifalutin whiskey and a nice cigar in your honor!
I’m an endo so I’m the exact opposite of you, but I still like to see how the other side trains. Looking at your photos, I can tell that you were able to add some muscle to your upper back, traps, and legs. These will be your strong points, and these are good strong points to have. Chest, arms, and shoulders will need work. But you have lots of potential here and your transformation will be very interesting to watch. Good luck, man.
