again, just relax, you act like you just caught herpes because somebody posted a picture you dont want posted in a thread.

as far as KK is concerned, he has a better “bodybuilding” pysique than 99.999 percent of the people on this board that consider themselves bodybuilders.

Ya know, I was going to post a response to this, but I decided to check out your post history a little to see who I was talking too. I read your training log, and I know better than to try and talk sense into bitter old men.

You’re a cancer. Your only real purpose left in life is to cry “don’t end up like me, kids.” Bitterly ranting at those that have got something out of their training other than a host of injuries. In your own training log no less.

thanks for taking a look at my log…if the only thing you took from reading it was that I was bitter and crying, well, good for you.

“you’re a cancer”?

wow, I thought a character assassination like that would be saved for somebody like a terrorist, child molester, rapist, etc.,

(rolling eyes) stop being so dramatic lol

your funny.

Outside of anything else, if I could pick one guy in the entire world to have his physique, it would be Heath.

Its crazy to see not only how much bigger his legs are, but how much of a different shape they are if that makes sense. When comapred to the arms, which are clearly bigger, but you can see how similar they are… but those legs, they’re totally and absolutely different.
It is because he stopped doing all that silly “direct” training for his legs. Instead he did a 5x5 and trained for strongman competitons, NOW look at him.

God this forum is starting to suck again. An arm work debate in a Phil thread? Are we fucking serious with this shit?

I’m gonna go ramble on about getting a MMC on my raises in the strongman forum, brb.
Eh? I assume this is somehow taking the piss out of me?

He wasn’t even directing that at you. He was directing that at the people actually in the thread talking about whether he actually did direct arm work to look like he does now.

The fact that anyone believes that at all is ridiculous and what he was responding to.

Phil was just getting some new vids done last night in the gym. No idea if they’ll go out before or after the O though.

He looks pretty ridiculous and if you see his arms in person they are even more unbelievable.

We try to talk him into doing strongman lifts but he usually decides that we’re crazy.

I have to admit it’s kind of weird walking into your gym to train and seeing one of the top bodybuilders in there all the time.

The talk about changing from the silly direct leg training and switching to 5x5 for strongman made me think otherwise - especially after quoting my post after I specifically mentioned how his legs have completely changed shape all over.

I like how people just concentrate on arguing and completely overlooking the guy whos cousin is MARRIED to Heath.

Plus the guy above who sees and talks to him at the gym. Problem some gems to be found in them, no?

You have been here long enough to have realized that most people here either just like seeing their names on their screens or are still grinding their axes over tired e-battles that no one really gives a shit about.

Many others don’t read shit that’s more than three lines in length unless it is conveniently broken into small, one or two sentence paragraphs.

lol, nah man, your post just made a perfect lead into what I wanted to say, which like X said, really had nothing to do with your post.

I just used your post to set up my joke, which set up my comment about the thread.

Apparently an unphotoshopped still from the vid…

I’n no pro or anything , but i don’t understand whats the big deal about the arms. Phil even claimed that he got a bit weaker and lost “some” size when he stopped training arms to put a bit more focus on his other body parts.

I don’t think you have any comprehension of how big they are. They’re like legs attached to his shoulders.
