So i was wondering…im 6’0 and i just tried to post something but i think i accidently deleted it…so sorry if i post this shit 2x. But…if im 6’0 … currently 15 years old and weigh 165. Is this a good weight…if i have been lifting for about 8 months? I used to weight like…140.
My Bench is: 10x3 (115lbs)
Squat: 10x3 (160)
Deadlift: 10x3 (175)
Row: 10x3 (DB 50lbs)
Also…my brother told me at dinner tonight that, your body only absorbs a certain amount of protein. If this is true…and we only get .008 amount of protein in take…why eat so much protein if we only absorb so little. IF…REMEBER I SAID IF…IF THIS IS TRUE.

Your brother should stop talking out of his ass. Fart on his face or something while he’s asleep. If you’re progressing that’s good. Your lifts aren’t big by any means(not that I’m strong), but you have plenty of time ahead of you and not much behind you. Eat big, and keep hitting the iron.
Your 15. Remember that your gonna keep growing for another few years. Its good that youve started this early, but give it a few years.
Also, your brother doesnt know what hes talking about. Not all protein is converted into muscle thats true. The amount goes up and down based on your bodies needs. Also remember that your CNS, PNS, Circulatory system and every other organ system needs protein, not just the the skeletal muscles.
Fortunately there is no such thing as a perfect weight. There is ideal, but that isn’t always realistic either. If you have any amount of muscle, you will be well above your BMI.

Good point dude. The Bmi is an interesting tool to gauge positive abnormalcy. If your BF is decent, and youre in the obese range, then alright.
Kid…trust me. I was about your hieght when I was your age. What you need to do is get as strong as you possibly can.
You’re probably going to be a lot taller. Consequently, you will a lot more mass than the average guy in order to look jacked. Upside is that once you get that mass then you will be more impressive than the guys with average hieght.
Make goals like improve your squat, bench, and deadlift by at least 100 lbs.
so wheres that put me at the same hight but hundred pounds heavier?
I am medically morbidly obese, weird though cause that means I shouldnt be able to lift near my own body weight and ride a bike 10 miles without having a heart attack.
weight means nothing untill you pick it up and throw it around.
