Peanut Butter & Cottage Cheese

thanks for the input guys

my regular last meal of the day is

1/2 cup of ff cottage cheese
1 tbs of natty pb
1 packet of splenda

on my cheat meal day the last meal is

1 cup of cottage cheese
2 tbs natty pb
1/2 box of sugarfree/ff chocolate pudding mix
1 scoop whey

On the weekend, I usually cut. I eat 6 meals of about 300 calories each, and about 30 grams of protein. Non fat cottage cheese is in every meal.

I make…

Smooties (one half cup non fat cottage cheese, apple or other fruit, scoop of vanilla protein powder and one third pound of spinach).

Cottage cheese and fruit (one half cup non fat cottage cheese, cut up fruit, one scoop vanilla protein powder.)

Mock pumpkin pie (one half cup canned pumpkin, half cup non fat cottage cheese, scoop of vanilla protein powder, pumpkin pie seasoning.)

Cottage cheese ranchero (one half cup non fat cottage cheese, three whole hard boiled eggs and some salsa.)

Chocolate cottage cheese (one half cup non fat cottage cheese, one scoop chocolate protein powder, one tablespoon almond or peanut butter.)

All meals are healthy, tasty and filling.

I look forward to my cutting weekends.

just tried the cc+pb and i liked it a lot. good ideas.

I gotta thank you guys for mentioning this. Since I found this thread I’ve been having pb, cottage cheese and a scoop of chocolate or banana Metabolic Drive every night before bed. It’s freakin delicious.

I’ll blend cottage cheese with vanilla or chocolate protein powder and then after blended i’ll add little smidgens (i dont know if that word is appropriate for a website called testosterone nation) of natty p/b. You get more of a peanut butter taste if you don’t blend it. Kind of like how they leave the peanut butter unblended in peanut butter vanilla ice cream.

Thanks so much for the PB and cottage cheese idea… DELICIOUS. I will probably eat it every night as my last meal now. I like to add Splenda and cinnamon as well. I could see myself eating this for a good year too (previous poster) just like my daily breakfast which is:

French toast made with 2 slices of Healthy Life bread and 2 egg whites with a tiny bit of yolk
1 serving oatmeal
1 serving fruit (apple or prunes)
I put on tons of Walden Farms Pancake Syrup (zero cal, zero sugar, zero carb… made for diabetics, I love the stuff). I’ve eaten this daily for at least a year, not sick of it yet, and I think the PB and CC will be just the same…

i’ve recently started eating the whole pb and cc thing a couple days ago. i just make it as a sandwich and suprisingly taste really good. hopefully it’ll help me add on mass.

Normally my breakfast…

1/2 cup of full fat CC
1/4 cup of natty PB
1/2 Cup Oatz
1/2 Green apple (sour is better)
1 & 1/2 scoop of Whey
fill the open spaces with 2% milk

Blend & house.

Sometimes I add some cinnamon, shit is like apple crisp, well without the crispy part…

I will try this.

I will probably throw in 5-10g of psyllium husk fiber if I’m going to eat it at night.

I do the pb+cottage mix when bulking, but I don’t understand what is so fantastic about it. It’s only a carb+fat+protein combo. Someone tell me if there is an obvious health scientific fact that I don’t know.
