Pain/Weakness in Upper Bicep...

Last week, I was benching and decided to cut it short because I was experiencing some slight pain in the upper bicep/front deltoid and where it connects to the chest during the descent of the movement. It has been 6 days since I have benched and all I have done is rest, ice and some rotator cuff exercises with a band. I tried some pushups and didn’t feel any pain, but it is still achy during the day.

Any thoughts?

Probably your bicep tendon. I can always tell when I’ve been doing too much pressing when my left one starts to ache. Stretch it and rest. Thats about it.

Ive been dealing with the same problem for months. If you can, go get a deep tissue massage in that area. It will help alleviate a lot of the symptoms.
