I’ve been having pain in my outer thighs - usually about mid-thigh as I descend into my squat. Anybody else experience this?
Causes? Cures?? Suggestions??? HELP!!
Of couse seeing you squat etc. would help but my FIRST guess is that your ITB is irritated and/or tight.
Go to Target (if you have one near you) or order a foam roller on the 'net. Otherwise, use athletic tape and tape two tennis balls together and use that to roll out your ITB. It’ll be pretty painful but keep at it. That may solve the issue.
What you do is lay on your side on top of the “roller” and slide up and down and/or back and forth.
