I have been experiencing pain on the outside of my left knee slightly to the rear for the last month and it is progressively becoming worse. The pain/tightness becomes worse if I sit or do not move for a while. It is the worst during extreme squat positions (butt to ankles) even with just my bodyweight, however I can still box squat 400+ with very little pain, it also is painful during leg curls at the top. Any helpful suggestions?
