I am going from 2x2x2 in the evenings to one main lift a day in the mornings for various reasons that will look like this:
Monday: Squat
Tuesday: Bench
Thursday: Deadlift
Friday: Press
I have my programming down for lifting but I will continue to do Prowler walks (I am 59) in the evening.
What would be the optimal afternoon/evenings to do them on. Right now I an thinking Monday, Thursday and Saturday.
