Jim,
In your 531 Forever book you have a 531 Prowler Challenge I do my workouts in the morning and have limited time, is it okay to do the Prowler challenge in the evening or does it have to be done right after your main work?

I think its good to do it when it suits you best. I personally prefer 2 workouts a day with conditioning. I’m too spent after my lift
Whatever fits your schedule is fine. Just remember to be consistent and don’t put it off.
So I’m doing 351 FSL, do I stop doing the assistance work 50-100 reps in the morning and do the prescribed assistance work in the Prowler challenge?
I have no idea what you mean - just do the program “as is” and figure out how to do the Prowler at night. Or just find a way to get it done in the morning.
I really don’t have the answers for things outside of the program - this is where I state in the book that you must use common sense and your years of experience. If you don’t feel confident in making your own decisions. stick with the “as is” program.
