Opinions of Chad Waterbury Programs?

Your not much of a newbie…but you stopped the workouts in the arnold encyclopedia for chad waterburys programs!!!

OH REALLY!!!

You won’t get there by eating like someone much smaller.

I had arms bigger than that at 200lbs. It took a shit load more food and TIME to get them past that. Following the advice of fat-phobic personal trainers pushing their book or routine would have ensured I never got them bigger than that.

I question why someone bigger than the authors in question would be following their advice so closely?

I didn’t write that nor even imply it. In fact, I gave you a large part of my current diet and told you we did that once every two weeks or sometime once a week. From that you arrived at “eat everything not nailed down”? Moderation in everything should be the goal.

Side note, but by the way (going back a few weeks) it was this kind of thing I meant when saying that many err by reading things into your posts that you in fact did not say, and justifying some absurd things in this manner such as justifying ridiculous overfatness far beyond 20% or ridiculous eating:

That they would do well by doing as you actually are saying, but not by what they somehow turn it into.
[/quote]

Most of these people do that because they would have no argument at all if they actually tried to debate EXACTLY WHAT I WROTE.

Instead, they twist what was written then imply to others that I am telling everyone to eat frenchfries and donuts…shit that I don’t eat.

I cook most of my own food on the weekends. I spend more on food and supplies to store it than I am sure most on this site even spend to eat in a month.

Shugart would fail at debates with me as he usually does.

Good point! Professor, what is your view on over training? Doing numerous workouts on each body part once-twice per week? Ive been reading a lot about high volume low frequency being the key

Are those guys really that convincing that big guys are ditching what works for what clearly doesn’t?

Do you still like the old fashioned bodybuilding concepts?

Obviously!!

Maybe we should start using big words and riddles!!

Gentlemen, you are currently being trolled. Just re-read how his posts are put together and you’ll see.

If you eat crap, and don’t work out intensely enough;guess what?
You WILL get fat…

Who says you have to eat junk anyway?

The calories from olive oil are far better for you health wise, than say 2 slices of pizza…

(hey, someone had to say it!)

It wouldn’t take much to increase your cals(in a healthier fashion than clown face over there)
:stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

And you can do it gradually…doesn’t mean you have to run out and stuff yourself til your sick…that would then in turn put a damper in your training…

If your goal is to get “bigger,” then you have to eat big and train big…bet you don’t know where I’ve heard that from

What do trolls and creatine have to do with eachother?

Just subtle enough to slip past being an obvious troll, yet provocative enough to require a response.

HEY!!

I’M HEALTHY!!!..kinda

Its much easier to get your calories from pizza etc than it is from vegetables.

anyway…that lists wasn’t all i eat…it was the meals hat i enjoy the most!

I neva mentions the frequency at which i eat those meals. Please don’t assume the my whole day is from those list of meals.

Because you’d be wrong!

dang…so I wasted my time trying to sound all smart and stuff? dude.

“Not nailed down” was used in the article discussion for Shug’s article.

Not only that, he speaks of junk food, too.

Obvious troll is obvious.

Makes sense. That explains why someone who supposedly has arms bigger than most of the people on the entire board can’t figure out how to gain weight.

I get the feeling any of us who do make significant progress are wasting our time.

I’m not saying that eating dirty is all that bad, but I don’t do it, and it’s not that hard to cram in a decent amount of clean calories. I eat 4400 calories daily and it’s all clean.
Here’s what I eat daily, not including creatine and other supps:

Total Intake- 4400 calories.

Breakfast- One serving whey, one scoop muscle milk, cocoa. One bowl of oatmeal. One cup milk.

Snack- Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich.

Lunch- Three Eggs, one can tuna. Two slices bread, olive oil. Two fruits.

Snack- Turkey Sandwich. One serving nuts/almonds/cashews.

Dinner- Two slices bread, olive oil. Fish, Chicken or lean Meat. Two whole fruit and as many veggies as I want.

Snack- Casein and fruit shake or Cottage cheese and jelly.

Pre Workout- One serving whey, one fruit, Oatmeal cup sugar. 300 calories.

Post Workout- Two serving whey, one fruit, 1/2 cup dextrose, one scoop muscle milk. BCAA’s.

Yeah, I thought “troll” also. 17.5" arms on 2400kcal? 3 years training and just discovered creatine? Was trying to egg it on a bit, though :stuck_out_tongue:

OKAY!!!

well…thats a lie!

(thats in reponse to “turkey neck”)

I guess its because I’m new on the boards. What the fuck is a troll?
