Lifting lots this Winter break!!!

Snatch:
-trying to hit a PR (again)
-75kg missed, got it 2nd time
-81kg GOT IT THE 1st TRY!
—muthaFucking finally, I was stuck at 80kg since late April…
-83kg… missed it 3x
Front Squats:
-up to 5sets of 2reps with 100kg (80%)
Push ups:
-100reps total, (broken up into sets)
Stretch & GO HOME!

Lifting at 2am… again.
Had to figure out a was to arrenge my workouts to make up for Sunday (1/3/09) without doing too much work.
Drop Snatch:
-up to…
-65kg 2x2
-70kg 2reps
----the 70kg were better than the 65kg I was more focused.
Snatch Pull off Boxes (going heavy):
-for weights up to 85kg the rep scheme was:
–1st rep slow, 2nd fast, 3rd faster (maybe a 4th)
-but for 90kg and 100kg, I did sets of doubles & singles.
—I needed straps badly and could not find any, I lost mine, my hands were beat!
Lunge front squats:
-60kg
-65kg
-67.5kg
—these were 5reps each leg stepping forward, 5reps each leg stepping back

DOUBLE today!!!
1:30pm
-Training got stretch out because came across an old friend who bartends at Sonar Lounge (I use to hit that place every Friday for 3years non-stop) and spent almost 2hrs talking with the guy and introducing him to the Olifts. I didn’t finish until 4:30pm 
Snatch Pulls (floor):
-up to 85kg for 3singles
–the conversation got in the way of these pulls…
Push Press:
-training PR 90kg,
-I could have gone for 95kg, but decided to rest.
EAT and Sleep:
6:30pm
Cleans:
-up to 90kg 8singles.
–I missed the 1st 4 reps 
------Dfreezy was telling me to NOT let my upper back relax at the top of the extension.
–got the last 4reps 
------Dfreezy was not happy that I was doing so many singles 
Back Squats:
-up to 115kg (85%) 2x6
