That being said, my Snatch is dangerously close to my clean and jerk (15kg apart) so tommorow is a CJ day, so I’ll probably shoot for 117.5 - 120

Strong MATE. The 6 days off probly rebounded you hard. did you get any body weights before and after. I know if i took 3 days off right now i’d come back mucho strongo.
I have the same Sn to ClJk ratio. I get a shot at 100+ next week and ideally i hit 120kg next week as well.
I have to worry about getting down to 85kg for either provs [mad soon] or hokkaido cup [later]. Im thinking its more like hokkaido.

yea dude ~77-79 as always. My body is retarded. I can take six days off, eat nothing but A&W, sleep for 4 hours a night (stupid midterms) and i’ll come out relatively unscathed. I actually thought I was gonna get smoked cause I’d been eatting and sleeping like crap for 6 days in a row.

The sleep thing confuses the shit out of me too. On thursday I was on 3.5 hours sleep and had one of the best sessions ever at 95%. crushed 3 90kg Sn. humans are weird.
My provs is on Nov 21st. So im 2 weeks out. Good thing i sat back and thought “who gives a fuck what i weigh in provs because im going to hokkaido cup no matter what any ways so i have another 8 weeks to get to 85kg. so now i can keep the energy systems shit moderate and not fuck up my lifts for the 21st.”
good old not being sub-clinically retarded works out well for me.

I just started out lifting the basics squat DL push and pull. Not power lifting per se but attempting to lift powerfully. Classic lift numbers are going up consistently to [ideally] meet my Sq numbers.
