No Alpha-GPC for me. I take Surge and it’s proven good for me. I stash in some more BCAA powder, leucine, beta alamine and histerine in there also. Before I’d dry heave if I hadn’t eaten at 5pm but I now take a protein shake at 5pm and feel better along with the Surge. Just gives me fuel for the session.

185kg back squat should be 110/140 or 116/145 or so mate. I did 116/142 when squating 180kg

i got a bottle of Alpha GPC and I can notice a difference. Lifts feel much easier, and when I pull really hard, the bar flies so much more then normal… example, I know I can powersnatch 70 to roughly parallel, and I almost did it to straight legs a few weeks into Alpha GPC. I now reserve it for max days and meets. Its good stuff.
