1st Attempt:
70kg. Got it.
2nd Attempt:
75kg. Got it… this was easier than 70kg 
3rd Attempt:
80kg. Missed 
-had more than enough power, weight felt light, but I had cut the pull and the weight crashed infront of me.
Clean & Jerks: (power Jerks)
–good warm ups
1st Attempt:
87kg. Got it.
2nd Attempt:
92kg. Got the Clean. But drove the Jerk too far back, I stepped back trying to keep it overhead but lost it. 
3rd Attempt: told the coach to put a “couple of kilos on it”
94kg. GOT IT!
-Easy clean. Same problem with the Jerk but I was able to save it.
–However that jerk put the left side of my lower back in a slight pain… and it still is.
–One of my coaches said “gotta get to core strong”
Well…
…although snatches could have been better, I got a 1kg PR Clean and I was left with more in the tank.
So I know there is more to come.
Now I gotta start doing mo’ abs 'n shit.

your cleans were sick dude, very easy. dfreeze was who? why did I not know he was therE? Dr Manhattens clean and jerks looked good, I think he opened with 145 and crushed it? I like to think he did 155 easily but i forget.
