workout wasn’t going well, so decided to cut it short but do some box jumps to end it. Last set as I used my arms to thrust me up, heard a big tear in my shoulder and felt it collapse. So shoulder done for at least 4 weeks… just what i needed.

Since Feb started I’ve…

-C&J 120 at least 5 times. Have also done 122.5 once, 124 once, and today I did a PR 127. Have also done some power cleans in the 100-110 range. Good for a 130 CJ, which I plan to get soon.
-Snatched 100kg a few times. Missed it a shitload in the last few sessions. Snatch has been off as of late. Easy power, technique is just all over the place.
-FS 170kg with some doubles at 161
-BS 185 for some singles
-PC and push press up to 110, missed 115 push press which would’ve been a PR
-Pressed 76kg for 10 sets of 2
-Heavy chins and rows
-And probably some other shit that I can’t remember lol.

I’m still working out but my hip problems and trying to deal with them has made me weak and my numbers are depressing so I don’t want to share if I’m just going to be putting ‘why I suck’ disclaimers on all my posts :wink:

1 week out from the English Champ’s and I’ve forgotten how to snatch…One of those workouts that makes you wonder why you actually lift weights

I’m not sure what I did but the trouble I’m having is they’re really tight and I’m getting pain in my thighs and lower back. I hurt my hamstring a little while ago snatching and I think it might be where it started. I get relief from rolling and using a lacrosse ball but I find I’m weakened from doing that.
