OL for BB???

OlympicLifter, check out the archives of the Milo mags on the Ironmind site. I don’t remember the month or year, but Jim Schmitz wrote an article about OL for physique enhancement purposes. I seem to remember it being a 3xweek routine with most lifts in some form of combination (i.e. clean+FS+jerk, or snatch pull+power snatch+OHS, or BS+Push Press). All of these combos were high reps (>5). Plus the program includes bench pressing.
