Yeah it definitely looks like Jay either added 5 inches to his lats or took 5 inches off his waist. He is looking MUCH better than the last 4 or 5 years in my opinion. He looked like a big block, now he actually as a nice V-taper going on (of course he had one before, but its really standing out this year)
When has the incumbent ever lost when they came out in condition?
When has Dexter ever not been shredded?
I really want Phil to win, but I really don’t see Dex not winning at least one more time as a gift.

They did a roundtable DVD for this supplement company that sponsored Jay,Branch,King,Dex, and Chris Cormier at the time and I thought Jay had the best personality in the bunch and came off as the most intelligent.
And he has done well outside of bodybuilding, making money with real estate in the Las Vegas area. I would just like to see him get out of the game soon enough so he can salvage some of his health.

LOl the company that-shall-not-be-said is so fuckin evil? do they rly put at risk they’re athlete lives and healths? Ive heard horror stories about Kovacs and some other bodybuilder disfigured from the company :P…
anyways jay right now is th best white bodybuilder IMO.and he was the first bodybuilder I’ve ever known and I still like and respect the guy…

We can’t use their name for lawsuit reasons, and it isn’t his choice in protein powder that is putting him at risk.
