Looks like Art Atwood with bigger arms.

The pics of Jay from the other thread look the best he has ever been, much less blocky, actual V-Taper… Will definitely get interesting this year.

Melvin Anthony for the win good classy physique

He really is a good guy, however I don’t think he’ll ever make it. He and Johnnie jackson are two guys I think are great bodybuilders, however sadly I don’ think they will ever see the crown.
Johnie Jackson is an animal but his waist started getting really thick. Melvin Anthony is down played too much he has been in the top 5 and 10 time and time again his physique flows. His only flaws are number one his calves but look at Dexter who at one point syntholed his calves. Number two his glute and hamstring conditioning which I feel plays way to big a role in deciding winners. Its good to meet a fellow fan.

- YouTube and his posing rocks

Ya that is one thing that makes me wonder why he dosn’t place higher is his ability to really display his physigue well.
He has the size and shape to be in the top spot. I think he is getting older like in his 30’s or so I think.

not a melvin anthony fan, I am a wolf fan but he doesnt have that winning physique in my mind, everyone says how the judges shaft him however he is a fan favourite…why I’m unsure, I’d pick freeman over wolf anyday…

The only reason I’m counting victor out is he has alot of fucked up things in his life atm and also haven’t seen anything recent from him too see how his legs are. if victor has brought up his legs he will definatly be top 5 however I feel that he may of been robbed of his only chance of the O in which IMO he clearly beat out jay

i know Evan Centopani has qualified, but if he does compete in the olympia, can he stand with the more seasoned pros and make a mark?

I don’t think so. While he beat a decent lineup at the NY Pro, compared to the elite lineup at this years O, I find it hard for him to be worth mentioning.

I don’t know why people are ruling out Dex, he is the reigning champ, and is still looking fucking great.

6 months ago nobody even bothered mentioning Jay in the top 5 lineup, but now he is still a major threat to the crown. I don’t think he can win, but he shouldn’t be ruled out. As long as he doesn’t fuck up conditioning again this year.

Dex!

LR

 1. Heath - Dex
 2. Dex - Heath
 3. Cutler
 4. Kai - Victor

Personally I feel that if Heath doesn’t win it this year, he will definitely win it next year. I’m placing Cutler in 3rd mainly because of those pics from the Dex Classic. If he doesn’t bring his best conditioning, he’ll probably drop to 4th or 5th. Kai’s legs are freak’n incredible !!!

Looking into my crystal ball, I call Dexter, Heath, Greene. Next year Dex will fall off and Kai/Phil will be the new Coleman/Cutler for a while.
I’m kinna figuring the same. Gonna be interesting this year all the same though!

I think Blade will repeat this year, followed by Heath and Kai.

I’ve always been a Toney Freeman fan. I think he’ll place in the top 10, but probably not top 5.

He looks pretty awesome - although his arms could come up a lot. His torso seems to overpower them.

Evan stated that he will not be competing this year at the Olympia, and personally i think it is a good idea.

As far as the results i would like to see:

 1. Jay
 2. Heath
 3. Dex
 4. Kai

Phil Heath said it himself, if Jay Comes in with good conditioning then he will win again, he still has size, his waist appears to be looking better, his leg symmetry issue has gotten better, the only problem is his bicep and his conditioning.

If Jay does not win then i see it like this:

 1. Heath
 2. Kai
 3. Dex
 4. Jay

I would actually move Kai to second since he brings similar conditioning to Dex with 40-50 pounds of muscle on top, with my first scenario, i just don’t see them dropping the champ to 4th places.

I think it is also a good move for Centopani to not do the O this year. He’s a solid guy, with a good head on his shoulders. However I think he lacks that thick musculature look. Not to discredit the guy, he gets up to like 320lbs in the off season while still having vascularity in his arms and forearms. He still needs more size in a dieted down state IMHO.

I think Heath will/should win it just judging by shape and structure, he looked awesome guest posing at the Dexter Jackson classic. Some people say since Dexter won it last year we’re seeing the re-emergence of the aesthetic physique but i think the judges will still love the size and freakiness kai will bring plus the fact he won the arnold so i could see him taking second or walking away with the sandow.

I think the reason dexter won last year was not because they were going for a different look, but because the look that the mass monsters brought that year was off.

Last year there were 2 so called mass monsters (Jay, Wolf??) and they both fucked up their prep, Wolf came in flat as hell, and Jay was holding a lot of water.

I think if Jay lands his conditioning he will win, Kai brings a good package, but i don’t think they will give him an Olympia win on his debut unless everyone else looks bad.

I think heath brings a very good physique with good condition, he happens to be my favorite but i am not sure he can win.

maybeeeee jay?

looking a little more streamlined then usual?
