…
Man, that guy sure knows how to work that pole.
Wait…What?
what an extremely difficult and weird thing to be able to do
gayest video ever…
looks like a cross among a monkey a spider and a gay
wow…got to say you guys are all being pretty close-minded. yeah, it’s weird, but it is different and also a part of another region’s culture. ours is not the only, nor is it the best, in the world.
that being said, that dude is ridiculously strong if you ask me. i take pride in being exceptionally strong for my size in the weightroom and with bodyweight stuff like pull-ups and dips but there’s no way i could do any of that shit.
dude would probably be very good at grappling sports as well.

Don’t worry, bigblue, people in that country probably look at football and think it’s weird too.
Why is this in the “Strength Sports” forum?
Thanks for the link: that video offers an impressive display in a traditional Indian sport, not unrelated to modern Western gymnastics, of a kind of prowess, strength and agility with which some of the above posters are obviously not familiar enough to offer an intelligent comment.
Little bit gymnast, little bit pole dancer…
In all seriousness though, that guy is pretty impressive. It really does amaze me how some people can master their bodies to that degree.

It was super gay, just admit it. As for grappling, you ahve to be kidding me. Just because someone can work the strippewr pole doesn’t make them a badass.

Yeah but as an experienced grappler I would argue that his grip strength, muscle control/awareness and overall strength and athleticism would allow him to be a very fast learner in a wrestling or BJJ. We get regular gymnasts on the mat and sure enough they learn technique and posture faster than almost any other athletic back ground. you know who learns second fastest? break dancers/capoeira guys.

I just wonder how many times he busted his ass learning all that shit
its impossibly hard, but the part where hes up there sitting on the pole with his legs open is pretty gay in looking, must say. but nonetheless entertaining
Nice
Oh, cool. A stripper.
Wait… WAIT! NO!!!
Nah, seriously, that’s some athleticism right there. I wonder what would happen if that becomes a regular gymnast event.
Crazy physical ability…in a totally different way than we’re used to.
Where the hell did you come across this video??

I do agree with that part
Can you imagine the dorsiflexion strength required for that horizontal standing looking move? Bet he never gets shin splints.
Seriously though, theres nothing wrong with making fun of a guy in a speedo doing stripper moves. Impressive yes, but if we can’t make fun of each other we’ll never get along. The pole was in his bunghole for chrissake!
At about 1:20 I almost turned away because I thought he was gonna try and support his whole body by his groin/dick. Very impressive especially that horizontal standing that someone already mentioned.
