Most likely it’s just been progressions of the stuff he did in the video.
Thats great…And how much does he squat and Deadlift?

Probably less than you.
you can’t really see his legs but you have to assume he is pretty top heavy in terms of overall strength. i’m not knocking the guy though, that was impressive and very smooth

Crossfit!
His grip just seems effortless
Tjeck this breaker out. He has a bad knee, so he has compensated by doing a lot of things with handstands and stuff…
Great breaker along with awesome strength
Have you guys ever met anyone who can do all these fancy bodyweight exercises while still being able to squat, deadlift, or clean 3+ times his bodyweight?
nope

yes, 655 deadlift at 185 lbs.
same guy as
Working with the freerunning community, as bloobirds probably knows they pull bodweight stunts like this all the time, so often it becomes common.
I started adding more bodyweight “skills” planches, handstands, various flags into my training, while hard with consistancy not difficult to get the basics down, but in terms of improving my absolute strength it added little improvement aside from improving my squat slightly due to static ab work

Jim Bathurst at BeastSkills.com can do lots of stuff like this (planches, one arm chin, iron cross, front lever, one arm handstand, flag), and he benches 300, squats 400, deadlifts about 500 all at a bodyweight of 150-160. He can also do a chinup plus his entire bodyweight. So, yeah, it happens.
