Just doing my own thing right now. Due to current work schedule, gym location, and taking care of my son, I have to be flexible right now. Some of that is improving in the not-so-distant future though. Since I now have knee sleeves again, I’ve been focusing mainly on getting a good front squat again, and continued focus on pressing exercises. The time away from the gym/having to make do with planet fitness last spring/summer really took its toll on strength.

Holy squats batman! Good stuff for sure.
That type of grip on front squat always worries me, seems it would be unstable. Any reason in particular that you choose it?

Ha yeah, NH winters kinda suck. Though I’m still glad to be done with NC. I’ve done Oly grip, but it still never felt quite right. Strap grip is ok, but not as stable as mixed for me. And I also messed with no grip, aka arms out in front like a zombie, which is fun in its own way.

I find with a good setup, mixed is most stable for me. It’s kind of an art form haha.

Was only planning on doing 2x2 with 365, but the first two reps were so smooth I did all 4 reps in one set. I’m really happy. If all continues to go well, I feel I’ll be hitting 4 plates again in a month or so!
