Thanks, though these days I don’t feel very inspirational haha. Yeah, finished up with the Marines about 8 months ago. I’m wanting a 4+ plate bench while weighing in the low 200’s, but I know that is gonna take a lot of continued effort. Training doesn’t look like it’s in the cards, as much as I wanted it to, once upon a time. Just not realistic with my circumstances.

Hey Danny…nope, back is healthy. Only nagging thing I’ve got going on is my left knee started bugging me, since I was squatting for a few months without knee sleeves. Took a break from squatting, but just got my new SBD sleeves yesterday.

Word. I can’t even fathom lifting without sleeves at this point. Did you downsize the SBDs?

Yeah, me neither, especially after that horrible idea of lifting without them for a while. Not hugely…I went with Large. It’s a perfect fit…plenty of tightness on my knees, but not quite tight enough that they restrict blood flow in between sets. Just right.
