After a weekend with about 30 hours of driving, I was happy to just perform halfway decent this workout.

Great sessions tonight. Little time off looks like it worked out well for me.

Done. Slingshot is feeling a bit more comfy again. Not sure if I should throw in some bench work without the slingshot after my working sets :confused:

Thanks Alpha, I’d like to work at that stuff more and get a lot better at it, despite my size disadvantage haha.

csulli, in all reality, I’m re-taking lost ground still. I’m only about 10 lbs behind my previous best on press though, so close to that point again! Bench feels great, I’ve never had anything more than the occasionally nagging forearm, or shoulder once in a while for bench. Aside from a period of about 6 months after I caught a power clean wrong, and it messed with benching for that time. But that was 3 or 4 years ago, not a factor at all anymore.
