ANY IDEAS OF WORKOUTS WITH NO EQUIPMENT… DID PUSHUPS ALREADY…
Gym hop. Find a gym that gives a free pass on the first visit. Go there.
Other than that:
-high rep (30+) sets of body weight squats
-Pull ups/Chin ups (go to the local playground, use some monkey bars)
-Single leg lifts (reverse lunges, step ups, etc.)
-Band Work (good mornings, pull aparts, rows, etc.) if you have some bands. If not, you should buy some for times like this.
-Dips between two chairs
Tons of stuff to do, just use your imagination. If you really want to exhaust yourself go find a parking lot and run some sprints until you can’t move.
Find the recent “Third world workout” article. Personally I would do pullups and sprints

SOME GREAT EXERCISES ARE:
HSPU’s (hand stand pushups)
Pseudo Planche Pushups
L-Seats on floor
Pistols (one leged body squats)
Pullups
Dips (two chair or something)
There’s more, but those are some really good ones.
