New to T-Nation

Hey Guys,
I am new to T-Nation and heard great things so I figured I would join. I wanted to find a place where I could good information on the fitness and weightlifting community. Here is a little background on myself (for anyone that cares) I have been Olympic Weightlifting for 8 years now. Best numbers are 160 kilo (352lb) snatch and a 200 kilo (440lb) clean and jerk. 625 back squat, don’t know and don’t feel like doing the math in kilos. 540 front squat. 295 military press. 375 bench press.

My biggest meal consumption was about 7,000 calories in 5 hours. Had a fantastic golden corral trip with my buddy one day and couldn’t stop gorging myself. Again, I look forward to meeting new people with the same interest in fitness that I have and learning a lot about new areas of the fitness community.

This is a link to my crossfit total I did back in March to prove my legitimacy.

Solid numbers, and welcome!

awesome numbers mate, well done.

I checked out your lifts on olystats, you’ve been hitting big clean and jerks for a long time.

How does your programming work in enough bench press to maintain 375?

Well damn, you’re a strong SOB aren’t ya… I’d love to read about your training philosophy if you have the time.

Lol, just an FYI, if you search Kevin Cornell you might want to be careful. Apparently there’s a chippendales dancer with the same name…

very impressive press

if you are so inclined, please post your thoughts on training + nutrition (how and why you eat the way you do/ training theories etc)

cheers

Me three. Or four. Or however many have asked for this.

From now on, everyone should put their biggest all-time meal consumption number along with their lifts.

OLY: 122/146
PL: 423/365/485
Meal: 39" brat worst at gastofs in Minneapolis accompanied by dumplings, kraut, and dunkel… preceded by cocktail party food. Probably 5,000 calories in 2 hour span.

very impressive

Great power.
