Introducing Myself

I’m Pat, I weigh 135lbs. I’ve been lifting for a couple years and I am an avid T-Nation lurker.
My back squat is 315x2, My deadlift is 280 for 1, Overhead press is 125, My close grip bench is around 135 last I checked.

I’m 5 8 140 I can’t squat because I am prolonging hip surgery to do a bench deadlift meet.
Just benched 187 today and my best deadlift was 305 conventional and 365 rack pull.

You are small too so I recommend 531 by Jim Wendler and the gallon of milk a day. I have gained 4 pounds in a week on milk haha.

I am going to second that 5/3/1 recommendation. Ive been seeing great results. Im not sure if it is because of the program or my work previously, but I am really really enjoying it. If you are interested in powerlifting, or just generally getting bigger, I would look at this stuff.

I would like to see a vid of your squat as well. That seems to be your standout lift. I wish I was getting 2x my body weight for a double haha. The ohp is pretty beast as well. Actually, you probably have a higher total than me in terms of bodyweight ratios haha.

Hey Revolver8, how old are you man? I’m 21 sitting at 160 bench: 345, squat:445, DL:455,army is holding me back :(, I’m thinking you need to put some mass on you man. Not bad lifts for a 135er. I would recommend 5x5 big body movemnts and 3x8 smaller movements.
