New to T-Nation

I just wanted to say hi to everyone, I am new to this site, but been on others. I am reading up - but wanted to into myself.

I am over 40 - played college football and have worked out since high school. Been biking 100+ miles a week but not in the gym enough so getting back to it. I’m 6’ 2" 220.

Hope I can add some value.
