New to T-Nation!

Not much to mention here, other then to extend a friendly ‘Hello’ to everyone at T-Nation.

I’ve just recently been referred to this site and I must say I am loving it. There seems to be enough articles and discussions going on here to keep me involved for quite some time. It really does feel good to find a place like this to share and critique ideas and opinions on all things fitness.

Just to let you all in on a little bit about myself. I’m a 23 year old male living in Southern Ontario, Canada. (Please, keep the ‘Eh’ and ‘aboot’ jokes to a minimum. :P) I’ve been involved in ‘lifting’ and overall physical fitness for the last four years but have developed a strong orientation towards it for the last two. I’m not a big guy by any means but I do enjoy ‘training’ in every aspect. Recently I have turned my interest to personal training and have now become a certified PTS under the CAN-FIT-PRO organization (not sure if anyone has heard of it) and have grown an appetite to learn more.

Now I know what most of you are probably thinking and maybe this isn’t the proper place to post such a thread but I feel it is crucial in developing a sense of community on such message boards. The more we all get to know each other around here the less bitchin’ there will be.

So feel free to stop by and drop a line so I can get to know the rest of you. From the posters I’ve already seen I know there is a wide variety of individuals around here.

I hope we can get to know one another…
I’m outta here for now.

Welcome aboard

Phill

Thanks, Phil.

Welcome to the party! Yes, there are tons of discussions and articles to keep you busy. Just don’t get too analytical and keep in mind what has worked for you. Then, add to that with what you find here.

Above all, keep training.

Welcome,

Like any community, there’s lots of good people around and more than a few worthless pricks.

I’ll give you 1 week to figure out who’s who.

Me, I’m part of the mostly silent majority

Thanks for the advice and welcome Arioch. And new2training, I’ll be keeping my eye out for those ‘few’ in the weeks to come. Thanks for your support.

I’ll be seeing you guys around the boards.

I’m a newb here so I can’t offer any advice, but welcome aboard.

Welcome to T-Nation!

Stay strong.
