hey guys
im new to CTs training ive been training myself for about 2-3 years now and want to try something from CT, mainly for a mass principal i know he does alot of programs such as the superhero workout, penulum training, HP mass etc
i was just wondering if someone could let me know a great workout by him for mass if possible?
i have my diet all great and calories are up so just looking for a new program
