CT's High Performance Mass

Hi all this is my first post, I’ve been thinking about trying CT’s High Performance mass has anyone tried it and experienced noticeable gains in muscle mass?

I’ve done Olympic weightlifting and Bodybuilding and powerlifting before, for me personally I cannot exceed more than 5 reps without a noticeable drop in performance, having had to use drop sets or forced reps and different techniques to get more.

I’ve increased my conditioning but still same results. I’ve talked with trainers who I know and train with, my uncle who’s a scientist-and has alot of knowledge in muscles and other biological processes. They all say that I look like a Fast twitch dominant person. My Uncle especially believes this because he’s watched me sprint and has done all sorts of tests with me, as well as explosive tests like jumping and whatnot but again my question is if anyone has tried HP mass and has had sufficient muscle gains can they tell me their experience with it.

thanks

I did this for 12ish weeks last January and made real impressive gains in my squat, OHP, bench, and deadlift. I was in sort of a rut for my bench press and deadlift but it got me out of it and beyond. The only size differeces I noticed were bigger shoulders and butt. I probably couldve gained more size if I ate more but that is my fault and not the programs.

Hmm thanks for the answer how was it your problem though if you don’t mind me asking? From the slump? How’d your chest fair?

Nevermind sorry had to reread

haha Overall it’s a good program that I would do again

It’s a very solid program and will lead to increased size (if diet is on point).

I repeat, IF, diet supports size gains

This program works your entire body almost everyday, so nutrients have to be high

synergy do you think a specialization approach would be better utilizing Ct’s methods??.. I’m coming back after a 18day layoff to recover…
