I added 2lbs of lean mass or water?. I dont get it. No problems sleeping and bowels are normal.

Nothing wrong with big’n’ripped. Nothing wrong with muscular’n’ripped. I think the point is that under 200lbs you’re missing the “big” and the “muscular” parts.
hey , nice going i have been in the air force for about 2 years now when i went to basic i was in great shape but i did the type of diet your doing now not exactly but along those lines. ill tell you this i was totally whiped my first week there .
my advice would be about a week before you leave for lackland start putting a bit more fat and carbs in your diet you will need them .good luck it will be a blast.
