New PR's

Some recent lifts I’m happy with:

Competition style bench with 3s pause: 110kg x 1
Conventional deadlift: 220kg x 1
3s paused bench: 83kg x 8
Low bar good mornings: 95kg for 2 sets of 10, and boy did those kill my hammies in a way they’ve never been killed before lol.

350x1 squat…If I’m ever in a dark street and getting in a fight, I want Reed on my side.

Deadlifted 160 kg before I started my obsession with the clean and push press.
Clean and push pressed 70kg yesterday.

3 MUTHER FAWKIN PLATES, WHEELS DONT GIVE A FUCK WHAT YOU CALL IT!!! :D:D:D:D:D:D 315LBS Push Press finally after well over a year THANK YOU who ever prayed for that

OMG you press what I deadlift!
May the gods be good to you…

That second attempt was a pure “sack up” moment

I think my sack actually blew out haha.

600lbs Hex Deadlift with a belt only. Had to tie some 5 and 2.5 to the bar because the collars were completely full and stretched a band around the plates to hold them on.

Hey Reed, not to creep you out (but since you can push press about what I deadlift you shouldn’t be scared) do you go to the Rush Fitness 24/7 in TN?

Squat 140kg x 9. Boo yeah! Getting a 3 plate squat (142.5kg) for 10 reps is close!
CoC #1 for 12 reps with right hand.

I recognized the coloring of your gym…the blue, orange and green walls and the bright red plates. Then I saw you were from TN. Anyways, I go to the Rush up in Oak Ridge, Tennessee during school breaks and thought you might be in the area (since it’s still not that big of a chain)

Props on alpha lifts, especially for the Rush.

Oh cool man your not to far just about a hour and half if that. Lol thanks but honestly the majority of my training is at much more hardcore hole in the wall gym but I don’t see a point in driving 45 mins more than twice a week just so I can push press and bench. That’s about all I do at the Rush except the past few weeks work and school has been crazy so I have made due.

Strict press 62kg x 5 and 2 push presses.

220 for 4 Back Squat

Started training my friend so I did some high rep work because he only needed low weight.

Done in the same session. Rarely go above 5 reps so this was a little different.
6 months training at 160lbs

Front squat: 175x25
Bench: 135x20
Dead Lift: 220x20 (no belt, grip gave out)
Military Press: 90x20

Good stuff right there

squat 130kg for 10 reps two sets pretty much over the moon for this as my last pb was 5 reps for 137 odd kg

Leg press 500kg for 12 reps really good depth and and 525 for 10 reps depth no so crash hot

Deadlift Up to 80kg from 60 bit of back soreness I need to work on using my legs more!
