Breathing Squats 200x20. I did a few static holds of 255 to convince myself that 200 feels light. It worked.

Hit a strict 170lb OHP today at BW of 182 nothing great but it felt awesome to me.
Breathing Squats 205x15. Got overheated and stopped, maybe due to trying a preworkout for the first time. Still a PR.
Dips 22.5 x 3 x 12. Worked up to half a plate, on my way to a full plate.

I post here because I have always posted here all the way back since this thread started and when it started I had very much beginner numbers. Alot of the guys here follow my log so I just throw them in here for tradition. When this thread is maxed out I’ll stop posting in this section.

155X3 narrow grip doubled minis bands bench press
70’sX14 pronated grip DB bench press
120X14 kroc rows
Some of today’s. The doubled mini band bench press was just a default PR, and I had no one to watch my ass encase I miss a rep. It added 90 to 100-ish pounds to the top (not really sure until I test it out) so I thought it would be cool to mention. ![]()

I’m not sure. I only list JM presses (press/extension hybrid) here because they are a legit supplemental exercise that you are supposed to push hard on.
