I may have to bitch out on the five rep max overhead press competition. My shoulder is getting the ghey and clicking/popping a lot. There is no pain though.

4in Deficit Deadlifts 495 for a double
strong deads reed, I think my best deficit pull is only 335 for a triple. Oly shoes feel natural on them
T bar rows 180 for 10 pretty clean. Thrown in some cardio at 3200 cals/day to recomp, and abs and back are leaning out pretty nicely.

I was hoping on getting a overhead press video up, but It was quite a hassle to get to the gym on time, my shoulders have been clicking (just got back to normal) , and I was cramping up bad. Along with some woman squatting something like 115+ in the only squat rack so I let her use it :).
Nothing special, but i finally managed to hit 105kg 1rm in the benchpress ![]()
265lbs Axle Clean Once and Press for Reps: 265lbs for 4. I have pressed more on a Axle but never after cleaning it always taken it out of the rack.
I honestly felt I had one more but I got way to loose on the last rep and wasted stupid energy getting re-set.

Deadstop Front Squat: 315 for 2, 335 for a single.
Squatted well below parallel till bar was completely stopped on pins waited a 2 count and exploded.
Seated Military Press: 215 for a pretty easy single. Just barely and I mean not a half in from being past my sticking point missed 225. I actually pressed under my own power had to raise my butt up and turn it into a slight incline bench.
15lbs PR for my Seated Strict Press which means my standing strict has def increased. Gonna test in probably two weeks.
285X3 low bar medium stance 3 second pause squat, probably had more but was an idiot and messed up the set after it
205X10 front squat not sure to count this or not, I set back up after the eighth rep since I was slipping (reracked and unracked it, only took five second at most to do it)
