225x6 on bp today, been steadily adding more carbs to my diet and thankfully my strength has been going up.
When the page limit is reached, should we make another thread?
Damn I gotta try and remember what I was doing to keep throwing up all these bench and OHP PR’s…maybe it was I was 15 pounds heavier

Anyone down for having some sort of competitions…Bw for reps on bench, 275 reps squat, 315 dead,Bw+25% of bw added on pullups etc etc?

Lol do you want to do a 275 pound snatch grip deadlift for max reps? I’ll be doing that either way for some assistance work a couple weeks from now :). How about a max set of five for an overhead press competition? Or max reps bw+10 for a low incline press.

165X11 (might of been 12) low incline bench press

thick bar dead hang chin ups bwX5 (default pr I guess)
Some of today’s personal records on some lifts. Those chin ups are harder than they sound when you are doing them off of a bar that is about as thick as the sleeve to a barbell if not slightly thicker and hanging off it at all times. It feels like your are fingers being pulled apart, and have your whole forearms be murdered.

As weird as it sounds, I’ve seen that little kid progress from literally doing hundreds of curls with the 2’s to curls, shoulder presses, incline presses and some weird exercises with the 10’s lol
