New PR's

Tried to get 200 x 3 x 5 on Bench 4 different times and always missed the last rep. Finally moving on form SS to Texas Method… at least on bench. OHP is coming mighty soon.

Got a Bench PR today. Nothing huge, but a PR is a PR.

60kg x 13 reps. Thats 1 rep up from previous best @ 60kg in bench.

245X8 wide stance low bar 3 second pause squat

135X10 suitcase deadlift

Some of today’s. Now to get 245X10 for a couple sets three weeks from now :).

I figure I’ll start tracking some PRs here as I prepare for my Strongman show in August.

Deadlifts 355x5

It wasn’t a strict 5 in a row. I got a triple and then two singles. But they were all within 60 seconds and that’s what counts for me.

I’m entering as a lightweight novice. I have a thread about it in the Strongman forum. Actually, you commented about it there.

When I grow up I hope to be able to compete at 231 open, although I would cut to a 200lb weight class for a show that had one.

Front Squat 365lbs for 2 singles. 15lbs PR

Finally back to making gains after that damn injury.

Incline Bench Press: 225 for 3 easy, 255 for a easy single. Blasted right through sticking point. Really starting to aweek some great gains from twice a week Triceps, Back and Band Work.

195X12 bodybuilder style SLDL
225X20 barbell glute bridges

Some of today’s :). Front squatting for reps isn’t as bad as it sounds if you get the right set up.

Some from today. The squatting I could of probably done more, but wanted to get the reps with good form and squat the reps very close together.
