195X3/200X2 three second pause floor press
100X18 kroc rows default PR I guess
Some of today’s. I had gotten an adjustable dumbbell handle, (I will need to get another along with some extra plates) and got to do dumbbell rowing for the first time ;).
1st Post here, 34 Years old, 5’10 196lbs. Bailed on Crossfit about a year ago after doing it for a couple years. Started Wendler 5/3/1 and havent looked back.
Im deployed right now to the middle east, had a makeshift deadlift/squat comp last week, and PR’d some lifts.
510 DL
405 Backsquat
DL was a 5lb PR from 2 week prior to that, Squat was a 20lb PR from before I broke my leg, and btw…I broke my Right leg/Fubula in August '12, good to bounce back stronger than I was.

Thanks,
Didnt really pickup a barbell till late 2010, or start of any type of dedicated strength training till 2012. Came from a background of BMX with some Downhill Mountain biking and lots of Backcountry activity in Alaska. Just doing what I can to prolong the inevitable
Bench 205X5; 135X18
Machine Row: 230X8
Lat Pulldowns: 230X7; 180X15
Didn’t try to beat my drunk deadlift PR but reps felt easy and very clean
T-bar Rows: 170X5

It’s when you load a barbell on only one side for a deadlift. Your obliques/back/abs have to find hard not to have your torso twist or fall over to the side when you do them.
Did some 45x10 weighted chins. Didnt feel that hard , last couple reps were a bit slower.
The last time i did 205 on C&J the jerk was like a push press that i ground to the top , now its shooting up there fairly snappy like , i attribute alot of this to improved technique.
Havent increased weights on many things but alot of exercises my technique is feeling better and weights are moving faster for the most part.
Higher rep 8+ back squats are feeling faster and easier , i think part of it is from doing the occasional hill sprinting.
Lol , this lady i have seen for massage several times said my thighs were looking bigger .
Andrew- Hey man most places that sale big tractor, scrapper, and Industrial size tires usually have them stcked up and will literally give them to you for free because it costs them a pretty big penny to properly dispose of each. So 9/10 if you have a truck and trailor they will even load as many as you want for free just to get rid of them.
