The floor press personal record was actually easier than when I got 175X5 a few weeks ago… I should have actually gotten 185X5 if I didn’t have my form eff up.

Low bar, wide stance squat a solid 255X5 , and 10 pound personal record
#2 pin rack pull 275X10

DB rows 85’s for 10
Cable rows 65’s for 8

220X6 bench press

fucked up my back pretty bad deadlfting a few weeks ago, never done that before…

285lbs Bench Press. New PR by 15lbs and have not benched heavy in well over 6 months. Have video but it always screws up when I post off my phone. This was followed by 225lbs for 8 and 185lbs for 15.

120lbs DB Row (strapped) 16 reps

Haha yeah hopefully that was a one time thing. Doc said I pulled my erector in my lower back. If you get a chance reed could you look over my other thread messed up 5/3/1 cycle and tell me what you think? If not its cool. Nice bench by the way. You should be up to 315 somewhat soon

You would be correct. I decided to try my first powerlifting meet in 4 months so I wanted to see what my Max was. Only time I really benched was as a accessory for triceps. Thanks by the way.

Okay, some recent PRs then…

RDLs: 3 sets of 10 with 140kg, though form got kind of ugly near the end.
Dips: 4th set of dips today was 8x30kg. Not very ambitious, but only started doing regular dips recently.

225lbs Squat for 25 reps.

Squatted 185 for 24 reps on last set. Looks like we’re on the same page reed haha.
