snatch grip row 185X10 plenty of body english, neck was bothering me, and no row variation felt right today
wide grip floor press 155X10
snatch grip shrug 155X25
Some of today’s, strangely I think I am a little weaker with a wider grip… My medium is an inch or two out of shoulder width on each side, and close grip is about shoulder width.

195x3x5 after struggling w/ it for a while

sumo deads 2 sets of 3X305. felt pretty good.
bench 195X6 and 135X17 on my burnout set

240x10…on squats, I don’t wanna hear anything outta anybody.

Sumo Deads 345 for an easy single. Have already added like sixty pounds to this in just over a month.

Hey… That’s my goal for my paused high bar squat this accumulation cycle :D. It sure does feel like cardio in a bad way (before, during and after), doesn’t it?

555lbs Conventional Deadlift.

Weighed in at 144.5 pounds (scale only goes in .5 increments)

Close grip low incline bench press 170X3, 175X2
close grip jm press 95X10 (default personal record I guess)
medium grip bent over row 190X10
weighted neutral grip pull up 60X5

145X6 one arm deadlift

Pulled conventional for heavy for the first time in a long period of time. It felt very off, and had none of the stretch reflex or strength off the floor that I used to have…

Snatch grip row
165X10 strict

weighted pull up
60X8

That’s about it… Everything else that I had improved on was just more total reps.

^That weighed pull up is stud mode…i’m lucky to get 45x8

High bar squat 225x4… My back rounded on the 4th rep so I quit the set but I didn’t really feel completely exhausted. Switching to 531 next week.

5’11 still 190lb bw

195x1 clean and jerk
230x1 power clean
495x1 deadlift (475 just came right off the damn floor , 495 i had to grind and work)

weighted natural glute ham raise 25X12

I am starting to prefer sumo deadlifts it seems,

Made it through Month 1 Week 1 of BBB with 90 second rest periods between the 5x10

23 bodyweight chins
45x8 weighted chins

None of my pressing has really gone up much other than jerking and holding weight overhead, so, hopefully some carryover supercompensation will occur at some point.
