Bodyweight 215[/quote]

thats really impressive

sumo deads 295X3

Had a weird urge to just bust my balls to today so I did Back Squats first time in close to 3 months. I hit 315lbs for 6 close high bar. Then FINALLY nailed a 300lbs Push Press. I had a green reverse band on but was set to have absolutely no pull after my passing my nose. PR.

Heh, you’re happy aobut hitting 300 PP.

I finally hit 160x5x3 on OHP.
I’ve been chasing this forever. I had to deload twice and this was my 3rd and last try at this weight. I think I hit it because I did seated military press last time, and that let me focus a bit more on how it should feel in the back/shoulders. Off to 165…

This thread is full of awesomness…
350 lb deadlift for 6 today new pr for me anyway

1 man island- I may be slightly confused but are saying I shouldn’t be happy about my 300lbs Push Press? Sorry haven’t slept in over 30 hours so I may be alittle out of it in understanding your post

No… I think he is saying it is sad that he is happy about a 165 pound 3X5 push press when you are doing 300. I’m not sure either if that is correct.

Lol ok thanks dssg makes more since that way know that you say it.

im in got 135x20 for kroc rows with straps and finally got a 5 plate tbar row for 6 today

Pulled 505lbs Deadlift PR. Last time I will pull before my comp in January feels good to know I am capable of hitting my goal going into a comp.

220x12 BP

Correct… though, it’s actually 165 OHP, for what it’s worth.

260 10in Log Clean and Press. 270lbs 10in Log Clean.

fuck you all. 315 for an easy single Sumo Dead. Grip was the only thing holding me back because I’m still using snatch grip.

You are using a snatch grip sumo deadlift?

385 back squat. I have not really been doing them at all in the past few months so I am very happy with a 20lbs PR.

Double overhand, lol. Don’t know what else to call it but I can see why it sounds idiotic the way I wrote it.

weighted ultra wide grip pull up 25X20
kirk shrug 145X18
floor rack lockout #3 pin, 190X10

Going through an accumulation cycle, so I am doing plenty of dense, lower rest stuff. Injured one of my rhomboids also… Over hand is what the grip is called, Andrew, Over under (or under over I guess) is mixed grip, and snatch grip is whatever grip you would for the snatch. For me it is middle finger on the outer rings of a normal barbell.

antibiotics have worked their magic and I felt approximately human so I thought I’d do a max out attempt on OHP just to putz around.

205 OHP  Form wasn’t exactly pretty and I think my shoulders and arms will hate me tomorrow when I do my normal workout, but i got it!

245x1 bench press, def could’ve gotten 250. I did it after 5/3/1 work sets so I was somewhat fatigued. If I hadn’t done those sets before I would’ve tried for 265.

Also 405x1 deadlift. Once again I did this after 5/3/1 but I’m pretty sure this is my true 1RM.
