Did you reset after each one or bounce them? Not that it matters, I couldn’t get close lol just wondering.

I didn’t take hands off bar but did make sure every Rep had a brief pause lol the last 2-3 reps had about 5 or so seconds between each Rep due me dying. All so I use old iron weights I bought for my own gym and deadlift on a hard rubber stall matt there is no bounce even if I wanted it lol.

Anderson front squat 175X6
front squat holds 300X40s
weighted natural glute ham raises 20X6
Are some for today. [quote]Reed wrote:

Damn I wish I had a hard rubber mat :(, I have to be careful to make sure the weight has gone to a deadstop when doing speed pulls.

You can pick one up at a local tractor and supply store. They are called horse stall mats and are only $40 for a 4’x6’x3/4" its actually the perfect size for a standard bar I do everything on them. I bought two and stacked them just to be sure. Best investment ever for a home gym.

Bench 110kg, up 5kg. Not big but very happy nonetheless.
Also Deadlift 230kg (very clean) up from 227.5kg (shaky).

200X1 bench press
195X8 bent over row
35X12 weighted pull ups
155X9 #1 floor rack lockout

I finally hit 200 pounds today :)… Now onto 225.

Nice ratio of bench press to BB row…don’t get discouraged if it takes awhile to get to 225, for me this took awhile. Hopefully better luck to you!

Thanks :). The first three-four reps I can do it with somewhat limited body english, but after that the form gets a bit loose. Back work is always a priority. Also yeah, I notice I am much stronger with back work than pressing.

250lbs 12in log for 2 singles.

Benched 225 on the weekend.
Power cleaned 225 this eve.
Did a bit of deadlifting afterwards, 465 came off the floor pretty damn easy, not much struggling.

240 for 6 on bench, most I’ve ever got for 6. Also pushed my makeshift prowler 3 trips down and back with only 60 seconds rest between each trip.

315lbs Front Squat to low Box. Have been chasing this for quite a while was very satisfying to finally get it.

hit 315 Back squat this week, havent tried a deadlift pr in a while, but last one stands at 425.

Did 190lbs on behind the neck push press,
i really think that spending some time holding stuff over your head is beneficial, like with the snatches off the floor or clean&push press
just hold the weight at the top for a few seconds ,
ive started to notice an improvement with stability overhead.
Then my upper back and traps getting more developed is a nice bonus.

I reached a long term goal I set for myself, 135x10 OHP.

I tested maxed last week.

seated OHP: 195
squat 355
bench 285
deadlift 365
front squat 245

Bodyweight 215

275x6 close grip bench
495 deadlift
