New PR's

Uhhh, i snatched 135lbs off the floor. Huge weights.

Not really doing much drop’n’catch mainly just seeing how hard and fast i can yank the bar off the ground.

Had it set up where i do a couple high box jumps, then go over and do a snatch, think its a good combo. They seem to help eachother out.

Haven’t been here in a while, recent PR’s

DB Row 130 x 8
Flat DB 135 x 7 (Don’t BB bench as it really bothers my right shoulder)

For some reason my incline bench was an awful lot better than my flat bench for ages but now the flat bench is beginning to take over.

Just moved back to the UK from Oz gone from working out in great well equipped gym to a gym where you play ‘guess the weight of the dumbbells’!

maybe that helped because you didn’t think about the weight so much haha

sumo deadlift 265X3 last set. easy

technique day wednesday then 275 next week.

also db rows 90X6

155X9 close grip bench press (about shoulder width more or less)
195X8 over hand yates row
145X12 strict snatch grip bent over row
145X7 hang snatch high pull

I felt like doing some higher rep stuff… So I did close grip for reps, and some strict rows with slow descents :).

Chin downs
235 x 3 x 1.5

Only 10 lbs from my bw.

425x5 Dealifts. One step closer to 500lbs.

What’s a chin down?

Did a proper max test of my DL today. 195kg went up smoothly (no hitching), but I couldn’t for the life of me get 200kg off the floor. Must be a mental thing because I’ve been making a but deal about 200kg for a while…

After help from some T-Nation members, my bench is finally moving again. Last session was 95kg x 5, plus a double at 105kg (my previous 1RM).

325 for 5 Bench Rack Lockouts ( last 5 inches )

natural glute ham raise bwX5 strict (or atleast stricter than it had been)

front squat holds with walkout 285X30s I tried to get a rep record for the deadlift, but my grip wasn’t very good today. Congrats on getting out of your plateau, panzerfaust, all of my pressing seems to thrive on westside style training… Not so sure about my squat/deadlift.

Pre feast PR’s: Shoulder Press 60’s for 8, DB Press 80’s for 6, and DB Rows 90 for 7.

175X5 bench press
185X3 #2 floor rack lockout
medium grip bent over row 185X8 I don’t think I’ve done it with this little body english before
That’s all.

305 front squat (clean grip)

Recently my front squat has been getting easier but my back squat hasnt.

300 Front Squat to a very low box. 550 Farmers Grip Deadlift.

300 Front Squat to a very low box. 550 Farmers Grip Deadlift.

245X5 wide stance/low bar squat a personal record for no rest pause/doing it for the first time on low bar
295X5 sumo deadlift
285X30s zercher hold
bwX8 natural glute ham raise, strict

These are today’s, I should of been able to get 255 or so for five reps, but lost tightness on the set right after 245.

Weighed in at 188 this morning, still about as lean as I have been.

450 Conventional Deadlift. Belt only no hitch 15lbs PR.
