Funny you mentioned that, I actually did that on the last set I think, the back of my skull got in the way…

Used chalk for the first time yesterday, pulled 405x6 on the deadlift.

Was planning to rush a PR of 500lbs in exactly a month (just before my bday) but decided to just do it at the end of the year when I can pull 500lbs easier and get a little bit higher than 500lbs.

230lbs Log. First time I have done log in 6 months new PR 5lbs.
I Missed 240 right after.

BW a little under 160, bench pressed 13x140 yesterday, then realized that last year I squatted 12x140. It’s neat to see my arms are stronger than my legs used to be.

That’s a sign you need to squat more.

My squat got to 8x220 just this week, yeah sorry about the confusion. My squat got a lot stronger too, it’s just that my bench is above where my squat used to be at.

Your natural GHR usually goes up 1-2 reps every workout!!

Busted out some good singles with 285 on the front squat.

My zercher squat is only 315lbs, probably a little shallow. Been doing them for a few weeks. Kind of feels like they help my other squats a bit.

Your biceps will feel stone hard for a day after doing some hard zercher squats.

250 for 6 on a 2 board press…first time I have ever done a board press. Does that still make it a PR? lol

165 for a clean double. My bench sucks but it’s improving.
